Pick Up and Drop Off

°  Select flight arrival date at checkout. If your flight arrives at 00:00 on 2 May, select 2 May

°  Free Waiting Time: The driver will wait for up to 60 minutes after your flight's arrival

°  Staff will be holding a sign with the lead traveler's name on it

°  Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time

°  The driver will wait for up to 45 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)

°  Hotel pick-up and drop-off services are available

°  Operator will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance

°  Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
